We have several customers who request special shaped labels for a variety of reasons whether it be for a specific package,
like a wine bottle, or a starburst shaped label specific to the design they are looking for. Some customers request a size that we do not have in our inventory of current sizes, and therefore require a special tool. We have the ability to order custom tooling specific to your needs. Basically all you have to do is send us your artwork and pay for your custom tooling up front. The die can cost from $350 and up (depending on size and shape) and is a one time charge on top of the cost for the first run of labels.
If you do not want to pay for the custom size you can choose from our large stock of sizes and even stock special shape labels. We can even print your custom shape on a clear label so it looks as if the design has been printed right on your product.
